Based in Leeds in modern offices where we have invested in leading edge technology to enable us to interact efficiently and effectively with both our clients and candidates.

We have long established business partners who support us in the areas of media purchasing and psychometric assessment.

People

Rob Bishop – Managing Director – Legal Services

With more than 24 years search and selection experience, Rob had previously established Crossley House Recruitment in 1991. Providing search and selection services to clients in the Food, Healthcare and Automotive sectors, the business eventually became part of Quantica plc, whereby Rob was then appointed to the main board with responsibility for operations.
Rob established Perrott Associates in 2003 and has since built a thriving Legal services business servicing clients throughout the wider North of England.

David Rawlins – Managing Director – Management & Executive

Having spent in excess of 20 years in the Search & Selection industry, David has built a broad-based client network across an array of Manufacturing and B2B Services sectors. Prior to his current position, David was a Director within Quantica Search & Selection having originally joined its antecedent, Crossley House Recruitment, in its formative year.

Rob and David believe in training their own team to meet their own high standards. Working closely with this flourishing team of consultants and researchers will enable them to develop and grow to realise their full potential.
