An effective process depends on the right starting point.
We will take time to meet you, to understand your business,
the role you are seeking to fill, the person specification,
career path, remuneration and timescales.
Assignment
brief
This bespoke document is compiled to demonstrate our understanding
of your need, and includes a timeline of the activities and
processes we will undertake to complete the work. This document
is also used to brief short-listed candidates.
Research
Combining our detailed market knowledge, and your requirements,
we will undertake a thorough research project into the industry
and discipline which you wish to recruit from. We will build
a picture of organisation structures, responsibilities, remuneration
etc and with yourselves determine which individuals and organisations
you wish to target.
Confidential approaches are made to specific individuals to
clarify their relevance and interest, and if a genuine interest
is shown such individuals are invited to interview.
Interviewing
Our Directors and senior consultants conduct face to face
meetings with prospective candidates to ascertain their skills,
experiences, capabilities, aspirations and ambitions, and
to confidentially brief them on the attractions of the position
we are currently handling, albeit on a no names basis at this
stage.
Selection
and short-listing
On completion of interviewing we will select the strongest
candidates, who meet the requirements of the assignment brief,
and submit these to you. Each candidate submission will include
a curriculum vitae and a candidate profile detailing strengths
and weaknesses and other relevant information.
Candidate
management
We will co-ordinate all interviewing and debriefing at each
stage. We will maintain close contact with candidates throughout
the process to maintain their interest right through to date
of commencement of employment. Equally we will reject unsuccessful
candidates in a professional and proper manner.
Review
Once the successful candidate has joined your organisation
we will conduct a thorough debrief with you. This will score
the whole process, including quality of short-list and generate
potential learning points for future assignments.

Working with our media buying partner, we will provide you
with options and advice as to the most cost effective and
appropriate media to use.
Advertisement
design
We will write copy for you and co-ordinate design including
clients’ logos and artwork to create the most attractive
design possible for your needs.
Response
management
Facilities will be set up to receive both electronic and enquiries
via more traditional routes e.g. post, including direct telephone
access for candidates to the consultant or Director managing
the assignment.

We have a comprehensive approach to obtaining vacancy information,
so ensuring we have a clear understanding of your need, and
thus avoiding the submission of inappropriate candidates.

We will only submit to you curriculum vitae of candidates
who meet your requirements as quantified above, and only on
the express authority of the candidate concerned once properly
briefed on the role by ourselves.
We will equally advise you if we have no relevant candidates
and where appropriate make recommendations as to how to source
such people.
